Lower School

Middle School

Our Middle School program challenges students to think critically, take ownership of their learning, and prepare for the academic rigor of high school. Students follow a nine-period day, traveling to different classrooms and teachers every forty minutes, which provides both structure and independence while mirroring the high school experience. With a balance of core academics, global perspectives, and creative expression, students build confidence and responsibility.

Subjects and Learning Experiences include:

  • Mathematics – Strengthen reasoning, problem-solving, and advanced concepts
  • Reading – Deepen comprehension, analysis, and interpretation of texts
  • Science – Explore life, physical, and earth sciences through inquiry and experimentation

Upper School

Our Upper School program offers a rigorous college-preparatory curriculum that emphasizes critical thinking, advanced academics, and personal responsibility. Students follow a nine-period day similar to high school, moving between subject-specific teachers every forty minutes. In addition to core courses, students also have the opportunity to choose electives that allow them to explore individual interests and passions.

Core Subjects and Learning Experiences include:

  • English – Advanced reading, analysis, and composition
  • Mathematics – Regents Algebra I, Regents Geometry, Regents Algebra II/Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus
  • Social Studies – American History and Regents Global Studies
  • Science – Regents Chemistry, Regents Physics, Regents Earth Science, and Regents Living Environment
  • Foreign Language – Spanish language and culture
  • Writers’ Workshop – Strengthen academic writing and creative expression
